Eviant and our retailer's support many rebates throughout the year. For details, please check the "where to buy" section of our website.
To qualify for a rebate, you must purchase a qualifying item/items on the dates listed on the Rebate Form from a participation retailer. You must include all of the following items:
- Original UPC cut from the color box
- Original sales receipt
- Completed Rebate Form
Please submit all the above information to the address listed on the Rebate Form no later than the dated listed. (Please do not send to our cooperate office)

If you received a postcard from our processing center stating your rebate was denied, please re-submit a copy of that declined letter, and any required submission materials needed to validate your rebate as noted on the postcard to the address provided on the letter. If you prefer, you may fax all documents to 1-866- 861-4462.
All re-submission will take an additional 4-6 weeks for processing.
*(Please be sure to re-submit all documents such as sales receipt, UPC codes, completed rebate forms and copy of the declined letter to avoid any delays)
